6 Hour Rental

Service Description

With Venue 78's 6-hour rental service, you'll have access to our spacious event space, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen, tables and chairs, a beautiful patio, 2 restrooms, and a wheelchair-accessible lounge area. Our space also features a stunning 12x9 greenery wall, along with projectors and lights to set the perfect ambiance for your event. At just $300 an hour with a 6-hour minimum rental, our venue is the ideal choice for your next special occasion. As an additional bonus, we will extend your rental 2 hours! (8 hours total) There is also a $350 required cleaning fee. In addition, there is a $500 refundable security fee to insure the safety of all guests and facilities.
